The rooms at Hotel Keihan Sendai are perfect for those looking for comfort and relaxation. The air conditioning and soundproofing provide a peaceful atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The flat-screen TV and free WiFi are great for entertainment and staying connected.

Personally, I found the electric kettle in the triple room unnecessary. Others might still enjoy it though.

The hotel was fairly clean and had really helpful staff. The bed was very comfortable and the room was well laid out. This accommodation was in the central location opposite to the shopping street. Spent our evenings in nearby Roji Bar Hachibey enjoying drinks and atmosphere👌😃

Appreciated climate control, an individual safe and multi-channel television in the room. The beds were spacious, the breakfast was incredible. The hotel's location was favourable, really close to shopping area and stores and lively evening restaurants and bars and Sendai Station. Furthermore, opposite to the shopping street.

During my stay, I was impressed with the separate toilet and bath in the room, which provided added convenience. The hotel made sure to cater to all generations with many amenities and providing kids' pajamas and toothbrushes. Additionally, the hotel’s easy access to two JR stations and the variety of nearby cafes and restaurants made exploring this city very convenient. I appreciated the extra mile that the staff went to help me make a phone call, which added to the exceptional service received.

The extra charge for parking was unexpected and a bit expensive, especially since we had to leave by a certain time to avoid additional fees. It would have been helpful to know about this beforehand.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Keihan in Sendai. The location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Sendai Station. The modern vibe of the hotel and friendly staff made us feel welcome. The amenities at reception, including the clothes washing/drying facilities and ice machine, were a great convenience. We especially loved the feature on the room TV that allowed us to see if the washing machine was free. The triple beds in our room were comfortable, and we had a comfortable stay overall. We would definitely choose to stay here again.
